1 Pork Roast (3-4 lbs.)
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Mango Chopped
1 c. Onions Chopped
2 c. Apple Jelly
1 tbs. Pepper
1 tbs. Salt
2 tsp. Garlic
DIRECTIONS:
Brown both sides of roast with salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Then bake in 300 degree oven covered with water for three hours.
Saute mango & onions for five minutes then add jelly with a pinch of salt then add 1/2 cup of water and simmer for fifteen minutes. Pour over roast when finished roasting. Enjoy!
